A plan above finds you the contract. If you would rather not write the bid on your own, you can hand some of it over. Only one bidder for any one contract, so whoever is working on yours is never working on the bid you are up against.

Plus 2% of the first year if you win it, and never more than £6,000 in total.
Everything in Written, plus:
- Your questions put to the buyer while the window for asking is still open
- Your bid built in the portal the buyer uses, standing ready days before the closing date
- Nothing sent until you say so, and your name on it rather than ours
- The answer chased, and the reasons read back against what you sent
- Whether the price or the writing lost it, said plainly enough to act on
If a bid you paid us to write or to check is turned away because something was missing from it, you pay nothing.What you are buying is a bid that answers everything the buyer asked for, in the form they asked for it. Whether you win is theirs to decide, and anybody who tells you otherwise is selling you something they cannot deliver.
Send the contract you are looking at to support@rooplex.co.uk and you will get a price and a date back. Ask as early as you can. The closing date the buyer set is later than the date your bid has to be finished by, and the gap between them is where bids are won.
Buying the data itself
You can buy the award records as a file and keep them: every contract awarded, sorted by category and by year. You can also read the same records straight from whatever you already work in. What it costs depends on how much of it you want and starts at £199, so tell us what you are after and we will price it: support@rooplex.co.uk.
