How public work is bought
The rules changed recently and the vocabulary is nobody’s first language. These cover the parts that decide whether a bid is worth a fortnight of your time.
Start wherever your bid is. Every figure in them comes from the government’s own pages, listed and dated at the foot of each one, so you can check anything that decides something.
Work out what you are looking at

What the scoring actually rewards
The part of the score nobody reads the rules for, the badge that means less than it sounds, and the certificate that can stop your bid at the door.
