What the buyer wrote
Highways England is aiming to set up a contract to incorporate existing Cultural Heritage Asset Management Plans (CHAMPs) into its Environmental Information System (EnvIS). CHAMPS are currently non-spatial records, typically Word, Excel or PDF documents. Having a complete dataset of all cultural heritage assets will improve intelligence and help support better tracking of the condition of heritage assets going forward.
