Reading Borough Council wish to appoint a contractor to carry out the following work: This is a two storey semi-detached house with loadbearing walls, both the external and internal walls are brickwork. The Ground floor to be assumed to be a bearing concrete slab, and the first floor to be a suspended timber floor. The roof pitch is 35 degrees and has clay tiles, with the roof structure being a cut timber purlin roof.
