We are seeking to secure accommodation in Sheffield city for the 2016-17 letting period for 350 single study bedrooms on a lease agreement. Our initial requirement is for a 42 weeks letting period commencing 17 September 2016, however within this tender there are options for us to extend the length of the contract for a further 2 + 2 years, alongside the ability to add additional rooms throughout the lifetime of the lease (if applicable).
