Building and decanting works at University House the University of Portsmouth. The works comprise the refurbishment of the two floors including the replacement of the floor finishes, decoration to the existing walls, new partitions, new doors, replacement of the existing ceiling, dismantling, storing and rebuilding loose and fixed furniture and associated mechanical and electrical works.
