The procurement exercise will be undertaken in line with the Light Touch Regime and in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The new system is a Flexible Purchasing System (FPS) also known as a Pseudo Dynamic Purchasing System. This procurement exercise is being undertaken jointly with NHS Rotherham CCG (the CCG).
