What the buyer wrote

The Council is looking for a Local energy supply offer, via a Concession Contract with an energy Supplier, to help reduce gas and electricity bills for residents and provide them with a greater level of customer service and fairer treatment to that which they may be receiving from their existing Supplier. The Local Energy Offer will be available to all residents across the Borough and the Council will also commit to the transfer of all void housing stock properties to be automatically switched to the relevant tariff within the offer as and when they become empty. It will also generate an income for the Council in the form of referral fees and meter credit.
