Rotherham Borough Council is developing a new Caravan Site at Rother Valley Country Park (Waleswood Caravan and Camping Park) as part of efforts to promote the visitor economy, to enhance the image of the borough as an attractive and welcoming place, and to generate income that will contribute to net budget savings. Income projections depend on the quality of facilities and service at the site.
