The Framework will consist of three Lots; Lot 1 Construction Works (up to £250,000), Lot 2 Construction Works (£150,000 to £1,000,000) and Lot 3 Demolition Works (up to £1,000,000). Lots 1 and 2 must be capable of undertaking new build, extension and refurbishment projects as well as occasional single trade schemes. Lot 3 will undertake stand alone demolition projects together with associated building and reinstatement works.
