19-150 Provision of Stage 2 Independent Investigating Officers and Stage 3 Panellists and Chair.

The scope of this contract is for the provision of Stage 2 Independent Investigating Officers and Stage 3 Panellists and Chair Service in relation to complaints which are subject to consideration in line with the Local Authority's statutory duties under The Children Act 1989 Representations Procedure (England) Regulations 2006. It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 1 October 2020 and will run for a period of 1 year 6 months (18 months) making the expiry date 31 March 2022.
