Demolition of an existing swimming pool, the works for which have been appointed to City Demolition. As part of a competitive tender process for the land, owned by Hereford Council, WM Housing were required to submit a detailed technical bid in relation to the demolition of the existing pool which City Demolition won through WM's internal competitive procurement process.
