We are setting up a framework agreement of a minimum of 4 organisations to provide property valuation to tenants wishing to purchase their home through the VRTB. Under the rules of the scheme we need to provide tenants with access to approved organisations qualified to carry out such valuations in accordance with RICS best practice.
