WM Housing Group wishes to tender for the provision of a range of property and land valuation appraisal services, in the following geographical areas: o Greater Birmingham LEP area and Black Country o Coventry & Warwickshire o Herefordshire o Worcestershire o Staffordshire o Shropshire WMHG seek to establish a framework agreement with multiple service providers, which fulfils development and sales requirements for valuation services.
