This tender is for the analysis of samples taken under section 29 of the Food Safety Act 1990 and section 76 of the Agriculture Act 1970. To ensure compliance with the Food Law Code of Practice (England) Tenderers must be a Public Analyst with a laboratory suitably accredited for the purposes of analysing these samples and must appear on the list of official food control laboratories published on the Food Standards Agency's website.
