What the buyer wrote

The council is looking to procure a 24 hour high support interim accommodation service for people with Multiple and Compound Needs including homelessness, mental ill health, ASC, mild learning disabilities/learning difficulties, substance misuse and attendant behaviours. The service would be for short term stays (target move on 18 weeks) whilst longer term options are arranged by Health and Adult Social Care. The service would not be expected to provide personal care - this would be provided via packages of care attached to individual clients. The start date for the service is aimed for the 1st of June 2021, however, the Council will entertain offers to start earlier if this is possible.
