These are high profile congregations which are shared by the academics, staff, students and their guests. The university currently hosts the main ceremony off-campus at the Town Hall Birmingham and offer a free shuttle service to and from the venue. Robing, photography and refreshments are on the campus grounds and various areas around the main building.
