271_16 Self Drive Vehicle Hire

ESPO wish to establish, by means of a competitive tender exercise, a framework for the self-drive hire of a wide range of vehicles on a short to medium term basis, to include associated services that may also be required. The scope of the requirement encompasses cars, LCVs, LGVs, passenger transport vehicles and specialist vehicles (such refuse collection vehicles and sweepers), across the whole of the UK.
