ESPO wishes to consider outright purchase only. The Supplier of the MHE will be required to provide maintenance services on a fixed price basis, if required by ESPO. ESPO requires that the MHE supplied under this contract has a minimum of 98 % availability for use on a weekly basis between Sunday 22:00 and Saturday 12:00. The contract has the option to extend for up to a further 24 months. The total estimated value stated includes the option period.
