Scope of Requirement AMRC Castings has many gas fuelled processes which we are looking to decarbonise, in particular a 656kW kiln used for firing the ceramic shells used for investment casting. The thermodynamic requirements of the process and on-site electrical grid constraints mean that electrification is not a viable option, and as such, we are interested in ways of decarbonising the natural gas supply to the kiln.
