CPI require a fully coordinated design team to provide architectural and engineering design services to i) develop the design of the FoF to RIBA stage 3 and provide a design package to enable a due diligence assessment by the funders TVU ii) to submit and obtain approval for a planning application for the proposed design which addresses the Reserved Matters and planning conditions for Central Park iii) to further develop the design package, typically around RIBA stage 3 and as described in the deliverables below and to provide the basis for a tender package for a Design and Build (D&B) Contract (by others).
