The replacement system must provide the current level of functionality. The Trust envisages four types of user: • User who views data and clicks on links • Administrators to set privileges etc • Content managers – who will manage the noticeboard or individual project or departmental sections, links to websites and any other textual content on the site • System developers who may take on functionality update work of the system • Remote user – staff who do not/rarely have access to computer to access the intranet on their handheld devices Deliverables must include sufficient documentation and handover such that BTUH staff can manage content, maintain the system and undertake any r…
