Croydon is looking to procure an IT solution to manage its residential licensing schemes. The Housing Act provides the legislative basis for residential licensing, comprising: 1. Mandatory Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO) 2. Additional HMOs 3. Privately Rented Properties to Single Families (Selective Licensing) The solution will be required to manage all aspects of such schemes. Ideally as a hosted solution with a managed service.
