A Framework for the Provision of Mediation and/or Investigation Services for ONR

ONR are therefore seeking to appoint a framework with a supplier(s) to provide mediation and investigation services via : • A call off contract for access to external mediation resource, to be made available to staff to help resolve employee to employee disagreements. The requirement for ONR also includes one off training of a small number of ONR staff from our HR and Confidential Advisor teams, to create an internal mediation team. • A call off contract for access to external investigation resource, to provide essential capacity and capability for external investigation arising from casework (disciplinary, grievance and whistleblowing).
