The Council wishes to establish a contract for an Adult Weight Management App.There is a requirement for all adult residents, aged 16 and over, with a Body Mass Index(BMI) of and gt;25kg/m2 (or and gt;23kg/m2 if of Asian or Black origin) to be able to access the App (with no limits on resident numbers able to access the service). The App should provide a multi component weight management programme incorporating advice and support on diet and exercise which is age appropriate and considers gender and ethnicity.
