The University wishes to undertake a full TM44:2013 Air Conditioning Inspection Report to all air conditioning systems above 12Kw (as defined in TM44) within its estate; as defined in the schedule of LJMU Estate Buildings and specification at Appendix A. This will include the lodging of all reports on the register of energy certificates and air conditioning reports with the Department for Communities and Local Government (CLC).
