AHDB Independent Ballot - Request for Information

Upon instruction from its levy payers, AHDB may require the need to undertake a ballot in any one of the six sectors it collects a statutory levy for. In the event of a ballot being triggered, it is AHDBs responsibility to ensure a ballot is undertaken independently to ensure process and results are fair and transparent providing assurance to the sectors. AHDB anticipates a ballot being requested in its Horticulture sector. Subsequently other ballot requests may be received. The successful supplier will be responsible for: 1.
