Ahu Refurbishment to Howard, Harmer, Adsetts and Sheaf, City Campus

What the buyer wrote

There are approximately 39 AHU's which are approaching the end of life and require refurbishment. However, due to access issues it is not possible to remove the existing AHU's and replace them with new packaged units, therefore they will have to be refurbished in situ. It is the University's intention to maximise the life of the refurbished units whilst optimising efficiencies and realising maximum energy savings. A full description of the works is included within the Preliminaries, Drawings, Scope of Works and Specifications accompanying the ITT.
