What the buyer wrote

The Environment Agency requires the procurement of two commercially available DOAS instruments capable of measuring atmospheric ammonia (NH₃) with very high sensitivity and precision. The instruments will be used simultaneously at two different heights to measure small differences in ammonia concentration above agricultural land, forests, moorland and other semi-natural surfaces. These measurements will be used to calculate the flux of ammonia between the atmosphere and the land surface.
