Alteration and refurbishment works to Bishops Cross, The Keep and the Sports Centre at Lancaster Campus.

We are relocating a number of staff and departments on our Lancaster campus. Two of these moves involve the Chaplaincy moving to 'The Keep' and Post-Graduates moving in to 'Bishops Cross'. To facilitate these moves some minor alteration and refurbishments works are required to these two areas - these works will form Section 1 of this contract.
