Alternative Learning Provision

Achieving for Children (AfC) has been providing Childrens' Services for The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead (RBWM) since August 2017. AfC is now seek to strengthen and improve outcomes for vulnerable children and young people through finding a suitable provider to manage the Alternative Provision in its entirety, with AfC retaining management oversight and scrutiny. The aim will be to narrow the achievement gap for those young people who are at risk of not achieving as a result of being permanently excluded from school or unable to attend school as a result of significant medical needs.
