The Council wishes to retain the current volume of pre-purchased beds, hence is inviting tenders from care homes based in, or within approximately 15 miles of, Shrewsbury who are able to offer beds for nursing and/or nursing with dementia care. The contracts for the beds will be for a period of 3 years with an option to extend for up to a further 2 years.The total number of beds being sought via this tender is 37.
