It is anticipated that interested Providers will have the capacity and capability to deliver an integrated and seamless anticoagulation service. This will provide, on an equitable basis, a safe and effective diagnosis (DVT), initiation, stabilisation, monitoring, dosing and prescribing anticoagulation service in line with best practice timescales.
