The service includes procedures such as on hard tissues the surgical removal of teeth, apicectomy and surgical exposure of teeth and soft tissue such as biopsies and removal of lesions. All providers who wish to apply must do so by completing the Qualification and Technical questionnaires which can be accessed through BravoSolution.
