Norfolk County Council wishes to procure bid writing support and bid writing coaches to SMEs. Our exact requirements are detailed in the documents. At this stage we are inviting Providers to apply to be included on a list of pre-approved providers. Price will not be evaluated as part of this process, as we will pay a fixed fee of £50 per hour for all work on this project. We will offer contracts with individual providers as required. There is no guarantee of any work or contracts being placed with you even if you are selected to join the preferred list.
