A refurbishment scheme to address the deterioration of the structure of the Rotherham Interchange Multi Storey Car Park was developed up to tender action stage in 2013 and a full set of Engineering and Architectural drawings and specifications have been produced. Planning Permission has been granted but this expires in May 2017. The Architectural design remains current and was produced on the basis that it would be carried out as a "Contractor's Designed Portion" of the scheme.
