As such, The Council have reviewed their dementia training offer and produced a new Training Pathway devised by those with a lead in Dementia training, Public Health and Adult Social Care Providers. This is aligned to the National Dementia Strategy and local needs informed by the Council's Dementia Steering Group incorporating representatives from Health, Social Care and dementia led organisations, the Prime Ministers Challenge on Dementia 2020 and CCG Improvement and Assessment Framework 2016/17.
