The "Service" is available to all adults aged 18 years and over who live within the City of York Council boundaries and have been referred to the "Service" by Adult Social Care (ASC). The procurement of the services is via a DPS for a new Approved Provider List (APL) 1 - Care at Home (Domiciliary Care) "Service" and the DPS will be reviewed periodically.
