This Tender is to identify suitable individuals and/or organisations to be placed on a list of Approved Providers of Regulation 44 Visitors in Worcestershire. Regulation 44 Visitors are required for both Worcestershire County Council and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust residential provision, in accordance with the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015, Part 6 - Monitoring and Reviewing Childrens Homes, Section 43. Worcestershire County Council currently has 11 children's homes which require monthly independent visits. The number of homes may increase / decrease over the life of the contract.
