Architect Framework

Aequus Construction Ltd ("ACL") wish to establish a framework for the provision of Architectural Services. The framework will consist of 3 successful consultants. Bath & North East Somerset Council and any Joint Venture Company's set up by BANES will be permitted to access this framework. ACL is a private limited company establishment by Bath and North East Somerset Council ("B&NES") as a local authority wholly owned company ("the Company") to develop, deliver, own and manage property as well as new developments on a case by case basis using either Public Works Loan Board ("PWLB") funding or external financing dependent upon which is the most viable option.
