Architect Led Design Team for the Expansion of Benyon School

The Council's requirement under this contract is for the provision of a multi-discipline design team for a school expansion construction project. The design consultancy will be required to provide a professional multi-discipline team for the employer and act as the employer's agent. A feasibility study has already been undertaken for this project and the total estimated value of the project is circa £2 Million before design fees, statutory application fees and any other disbursements.
