Architectural led team for the production of a Delivery Plan for the Sutton Town Centre Regeneration

The Council is seeking to commission a multi-disciplinary team to build upon the conclusions of the Town Centre Masterplan and prior transport/highways studies, to create a Delivery Plan for the comprehensive regeneration of Sutton Town Centre. The delivery plan will set a clear strategy for regeneration which will find solution to our regeneration challenges and deliver our ambitions. The Delivery Plan will underpin our strategy for townscape, public realm and gyratory transformation.
