We are looking to appoint an Architect to undertake site massing and feasibilities for the next phase of the HRA Build Programme plus additional one-off sites as required over a 12 month period then progress pre-contract services to obtain Planning consent and Principal Constructor information on a series of sites. The post-contact service is not included within this Appointment. We do, however require data to be produced for Principal Construction and we do anticipate the architect will be novated over to the construction frame work partner for the construction phase of the project. …
