Arden and GEM CSU Retrospective Case Review Service Framework Agreement

NHS Arden&GEM CSU wishes to set up a framework of providers to secure additional commissioning capacity to support its customers in undertaking CHC Retrospective Reviews and other associated projects. Offeror/s will be expected to supply a full range of activities including as a minimum the requirements outlined below. •Provision of a clinical assessment resulting in a Needs Portrayal Document (“NPD”) •Decision Support Tool (“DST”) recommendation and supporting rationale.
