Highways England is seeking a supplier to undertake full drainage asset inventory and condition survey in accordance with HD 43/04 from Part 4 of Volume 4 of the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges incorporating the guidance held within IAN 147/12 and SD 15/03 parts 1-5 inclusive in Area 7 of the Highways England network.
