Highways England is seeking a supplier to undertake pavement surveying, investigation & testing services, in accordance with Part 2 HD 29/08 of Section 3 of Volume 7 of the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges in Area 7 of the Highways England network. The scope of the contract includes, but is not limited to the following activities: Coring Dynamic Cone Penetrometer (DCP) Deflectograph Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD) Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) Laboratory Testing The type and value of the service to be provided will vary depending on the needs of the Employer.
