Arun District Council - Feasibility studies for the redevelopment of the Regis Centre and Hothamton Car Park sites

Arun District Council would like to invite proposals to prepare feasibility reports for the redevelopment of two key council owned regeneration sites in Bognor Regis; the Regis Centre and Hothamton Car Park sites. The Regis Centre site is in a prime location on the seafront of Bognor Regis and a short walk from the town centre. The Council’s aspiration is to see the redevelopment of this site into a financially viable mixed use development that will include an enhanced cultural offer (with improved theatre, multifunctional space and ‘landmark’ visitor attraction), hotel, restaurants, retail, residential and decked car parking.
