Asbestos Surveying, Sampling and Air Testing

Homes for Haringey are looking to procure a consultant to conduct asbestos surveys, asbestos sampling and air testing. The contract will deliver Management or Refurbishment/Demolition surveys including sampling and a standalone item for independent air testing (for asbestos removal completed by our approved contractor). Primarily we will require management surveys which will cover our void properties and re-inspection surveys for the common parts of our blocks. The volume of work is not guaranteed but we have approx 15 management and R&D surveys per week and approx 700 re-inspection surveys per annum.
