asra Housing Association (asra) owns and manages approximate 15000 properties within London and the Midlands. The successful service provider/s shall deliver a high quality service offering value for money to asra and its Residents and also provide and secure continuous improvements across all of the works. As part of this contract the service provider may be required to work in partnership with other Contractors/Service Providers, Stakeholders and Consultants employed by the client.
