The Defence Equipment and Support (DE&S), Technical Director, Quality Safety and Environmental Protection ('QSEP') team, part of the UK Ministry of Defence ('MOD') intends to award the contract to BMT Defence Services Ltd ('BMT') to put in place a formal enabling agreement for the further development of a bespoke safety performance reporting software system ('ASSERT') for a period of 1 year. BMT designed, developed and implementated the software origenally and are currently contracted to provide technical support and web hosting until November 2015.
